We bought the first Sudraker II oil skimmer shortly after they had been released into the market place back in August 2001, the first unit we bought was fitted to a coolant recycling plant having had problems with several other makes of oil skimmer.

Hi Gary
We have had experience with other oil skimmers but- a) they did not provide a long enough belt and- b) they did not last, burnt out motors.
But the Tanky system was easy to install and removes our oil from the top of our soluable oil.
It is early days, but i am confident thuat all my Tramp oil will be removed in time.
Many Thanks

Northern Automotive
Back some years ago we were experiencing problems removing aluminium fines from our wash process. This resulted in our aluminium sheets being left with a fine powdery deposit after washing. We fitted a number of oil skimming devices from well known companies but after a short period of time they all gave up the ghost, the main problems being that their motors were unable to deal with our somewhat aggressive wash plant environment.

Numatic International Ltd has enjoyed a fruitful relationship with Border Automation for more than 8 Years. In 2002 we were experiencing difficulty in separating oil from water in the pre-treatment area of our paint plant and obtained a quote to install a Sudraker which proved to be perfect for our application with only slight alteration to the lid of our main fluid tank required.
