Despite being very compact the unit that was installed exceeded our expectations with regards to the volume of oil removed. We have been working with Tanky to address related issues such as the filtering of surface debris and managing fluid levels in the drainage system and are looking at installing a mixture of standard and bespoke solutions from them to resolve these issues.

We have found them to be creative, resourceful and a pleasure to work with.

We have found that these skimmers are very effective at removing oil contamination and require very little maintenance or operator intervention. Prior to install Guernsey Electricity requested modifications to the standard design which was taken on board by Tanky Systems and changes implemented as agreed.
